Starting from 1 July 2023, EU Regulation 2019/1781 became effective throughout Europe, establishing new directives for the eco-compatible design of single-phase electric motors and variable speed drives that are placed on the market. The main objective of this Regulation is to reduce the environmental impact and the consumption of resources by further improving the performance of these engines.
